Mental Health is just as important as Physical Health.
- I am passionate about mental health and practice autonomously providing person centered compassionate care, mental health support appointments, wellness recovery action plans, safety action plans, signposting and educating my patients about CBT therapeutic techniques that can help manage emotions, help make better choices and promote recovery.
- Many of us will experience distress and difficult emotions at some point in our lives. This could be anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, gender identity, sexuality, self-esteem, or relationship issues to name just a few.
- Maybe you just feel disconnected or are experiencing difficulties that are hard to put into words. Or maybe you feel like you don't know where to start. Whatever your reason for seeking support, i am here to provide a safe, confidential space where you feel comfortable to explore what is troubling you. Each of us and the challenges we face are unique as are the ways we overcome them.
- Drawing on your life experiences alongside my knowledge & experience of different therapeutic approaches, together we will create a person-centered approach to support you to let go of whatever is difficult for you and empower you to make change.
